A refined sugar-free decadent chocolate mousse. This is a smooth, healthy alternative made with cashews and dates.
1 cup raw cashews (8 hours*)
6 Madjool Dates (Pitted)
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup coconut cream (full fat)
2 TBS Raw Cocoa powder
2 TBS Maple Syrup 100%
1Add cashews, dates and water to food processor on high until finely chopped.
2Add remaining ingredients and blend for at least 8-10 minutes until silky smooth.
