Become a nutrition and wellness coach

Sammie and Michele

Holistic Nutrition and wellness coaches help clients create vibrant health by providing guidance and support to gradually improve their diet and lifestyle.

I can’t tell you enough about how much I loved studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and if you’re passionate about wellbeing then I have a feeling you’ll love it too. Probably one of the best thing about the school is that I have connected with an incredible community of passionate women (not many men do health coaching) from all walks of life and from all over the world. Here in Canberra, we have formed an IIN group, which has been amazing. It is here that I met my peer coach Michele and now a beautiful life-long friend. IIN is so much more than a school, which I am super proud to be part of.…they’re a movement on a mission to improve health and wellbeing around the world.

You can check out their Curriculum Guide which goes into more detail and about opportunities as a Health Coach. Feel free to email or call me anytime to find out more. As a graduate and now an IIN Ambassador, I answer any questions that you might have about the program and my experience as a Health Coach. If this sounds awesome and you’re ready to start your personal journey, let me know!!

Are you passionate about your health? Do you dream about helping others to become healthier and happier?

I do, and that is what lead me to study at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest Nutrition school in the world. It may be just what you are looking for too. Check out a sample class here.

I heard from inspiring leaders in the health and wellness industry as well as experts in business and marketing, they connected me with a supportive community. It is here that I experienced my own personal transformation where a new world was opened up for me. All study is online through their own App, which I enjoyed on my iPad and phone. I listened to many of my lectures while driving in my car to do school pickup. Some of the core concepts and nutrition topics included are:

  • Over 100 dietary theories
  • Gut Health
  • The modern health crisis
  • Cravings
  • Energetics of food
  • Food/mood connection
  • Inflammation
  • Digestion
  • Toxins

In addition to this, IIN also provided me with coaching, business, and marketing skills to help spread the word and really make a difference.
